Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Baking Affair services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Payment is due at the time of order placement for most items. Custom orders may require a deposit.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and catering orders require advance notice and may require a non-refundable deposit. Design consultations are available by appointment. Changes to custom orders may not be possible within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

Pickup and Delivery

Items must be picked up or delivered on the scheduled date. We are not responsible for items not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Delivery fees may apply based on location.

Cancellation Policy

Standard items may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup. Custom orders may require longer notice periods. Deposits on cancelled custom orders may be non-refundable.

Allergen Information

Our facility processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Limitation of Liability

The Baking Affair liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
